Sous Chef | Full Time

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• Has experience managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Loves celebrating team successes and recognizes individual needs
