Job summary

Chef Results Limited is seeking a Sous Chef for a four star country house hotel with an Award winning 2AA Rosette fine dining restaurant serving fresh, modern dishes for 60+ covers at dinner and 40+ at lunch. The role requires flexibility across dining operations and the ability to support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen management.

You will supervise two other chefs, thrive under pressure in a busy kitchen, and adapt to the hotel’s bar and events catering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in busy kitchens
• Experience working across multiple dining operations
• Able to stay calm under pressure in a small team
• Experience in Rosette kitchens is preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen management
• Supervise two other chefs in the kitchen
• Assist in delivering both fine dining and relaxed menus across dining operations
• Contribute to events, weddings and conferences as required
