• Experience in a quality kitchen environment with Rosette level experience.
• Ambition to progress toward higher Rosette levels.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Deliver modern, seasonal dishes using local produce.
• Maintain high standards across restaurant and bar service.
• Support progression toward multi AA Rosette standards.
• Lead and motivate the team during service.
• Assist with prep, service organisation, orders and stock control.
• Maintain food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Support training within the small kitchen team.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation.
