Job summary

Prezzo Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a high-energy Sous Chef to lead a busy Italian kitchen, working with the Head Chef to set the pace, maintain elite standards, and keep energy high.

You'll master HACCP paperwork, coach junior chefs, control stock and waste, and ensure every plate is sent with pride and precision during busy services. The role rewards leadership, team spirit, and a passion for great Italian food.

• Ensure HACCP paperwork is accurate and up-to-date to meet compliance.

• Proven Leadership: Solid experience in a similar Sous Chef role within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
