Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping in on shifts and running the line to ensure top quality dishes reach the pass every service.

You’ll bring branded experience, lead and develop the kitchen team, and uphold the highest standards of food and service while enjoying flexible hours and career progression within our award-winning local pub group.

Qualifications

• Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills.
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
