Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in a bustling pub kitchen. You’ll lead by example, step in for the Head Chef when needed, and ensure hot, quality dishes leave the pass consistently.

You’ll take charge on the kitchen line, support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management, and help develop the team while maintaining the highest standards of food and service. This role offers flexible and part-time hours as needed and a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in branded pub/restaurant environments or as a Commis Chef.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team and manage line during service.
• Commitment to highest standards of food and service.
