Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to be in the thick of the action, second in command to our Head Chef and ensuring the pass runs smoothly on every shift. You’ll bring branded experience or progression from a Commis Chef, assist in all kitchen operations, run the line during service, and help develop the team while maintaining top standards of food and service.

Qualifications

• Branded experience in a similar role or progression from Commis Chef.
• Experience leading a kitchen team and running a line during service.

Responsibilities

• Be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef – stepping up and covering for them when they’re not on shift.
• Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
• Accountable for running the line during service
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team – helping to develop their skills
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service
