Marston’s PLC in Thatcham is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team. You’ll be right in the action, second in command to the Head Chef, and responsible for presenting hot, quality dishes to the pass each service.

With branded experience preferred and a track record in leading a kitchen, you’ll run the line during service, support the Head Chef, and help develop your team’s skills while maintaining the highest standards of food and service. We offer real opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef.
• Assist Head Chef in managing all kitchen aspects.
• Run the line during service and ensure smooth operations.
• Lead, organise, and encourage the kitchen team, helping to develop their skills.
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
