Marston’s is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team, leading by example and delivering hot, quality dishes to the pass. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, manage the kitchen on shift, train and support the team, and uphold the highest standards of food and service.

• Experience in a similar role within a kitchen environment.
• Ability to support the Head Chef and manage service.

• Run the line during service and oversee the kitchen team.
• Assist the Head Chef in managing all kitchen aspects and develop staff skills.
• Maintain highest standards of food quality and service.
