Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen and act as the second in command to the Head Chef. You’ll be in the thick of the action, running the line and ensuring hot, quality dishes are presented to the pass.

You’ll support the Head Chef, manage all kitchen aspects, develop the team, and uphold the highest standards of food and service. We offer flexible hours, security with a reliable contract, and a friendly, vibrant workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef.
• Able to assist the Head Chef and run the line during service.
• Passion for maintaining high standards of food and service.

Responsabilités

• Be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef – stepping up when they’re not on shift.
• Manage all aspects of the kitchen in collaboration with the Head Chef.
• Run the line during service and ensure timely, quality plating.
• Oversee and develop the kitchen team, supporting training as needed.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and service.
