Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, managing the line and ensuring hot, quality food is presented to the pass every service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef is desirable.
• Able to manage the kitchen line during service.
• Strong focus on quality and consistency of dishes.

Responsibilities

• Be second in command to Head Chef and cover shifts when needed.
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Oversee, organise, and support the kitchen team on the pass.
• Maintain highest standards of food and service.
