Marston’s is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team and lead by example in a busy kitchen. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up when needed and ensuring hot, quality dishes reach the pass every service.

You’ll manage the line during service, develop the kitchen team, and uphold the highest standards of food and service while working in a supportive pub-company environment.

Competenze

• Experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef preferred.
• Ability to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
• Strong standards for food quality and service delivery.

Mansioni

• Be the second in command in the kitchen and cover the Head Chef on shift.
• Run the line during service and ensure smooth operation.
• Oversee, organise and develop the kitchen team.
