Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our pub kitchen team in a hands-on role. You’ll act as second in command to the Head Chef, leading by example to ensure hot, quality dishes are prepared for service.

You’ll support managing the kitchen, run the line during service, and help develop the team’s skills while upholding top standards of food and service. Flexible hours and career growth opportunities are provided.
