Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team and lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. You’ll manage the line during busy services, uphold Branded standards, and support the Head Chef in daily operations.

Qualifikationen

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef.
• Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.
• Run the kitchen line during service.
• Lead, organise and develop the kitchen team.

• Ensure hot, quality food is presented to the pass every time.
• Maintain high standards of food and service.
