Experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef is desirable.
Able to run the kitchen line during service.
Able to lead and develop the kitchen team.
Committed to maintaining the highest standards of food and service.

Responsibilities

Be second in command to the Head Chef and cover shifts when needed.
Assist Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations.
Run the line during service and ensure smooth workflow on the pass.
Oversee and develop the kitchen team to improve skills and performance.
