Job summary

Marston's is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen and help lead the team in delivering hot, quality food to the pass every service. You will be the second in command, stepping in for the Head Chef when required, and you’ll manage the line during busy periods while guiding and developing the team.

Qualifications

• Branded restaurant/kitchen experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting Head Chef and running a kitchen during service.
• Ability to manage a kitchen line and ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Be second in command to Head Chef and cover shifts when needed.
• Assist Head Chef in managing all kitchen aspects.
• Run the line during service with focus on quality and pace.
• Develop kitchen team skills and maintain high standards of food and service.
