Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to lead and support the kitchen team, ensuring hot, quality food is presented to the pass on every service. You’ll stand in for the Head Chef when needed and drive high standards in a busy pub kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef.
• Be hands-on and capable of leading the team on shift.
• Commitment to high standards of food and service.

Responsibilities

• Be in action in the kitchen, second to Head Chef and cover shifts.
• Assist Head Chef in managing all kitchen aspects.
• Run the line during service and ensure quality.
