Job summary

Marston’s Pub Company is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in the UK. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, taking charge on the line during service and ensuring hot, quality dishes reach the pass consistently.

You’ll oversee the kitchen team, support the Head Chef in day-to-day operations, and help develop skills while maintaining top standards of food and service. A reliable hours contract and opportunities to progress are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
• Accountable for running the line during service
• Oversee, organise and encourage the kitchen team
• Maintain the highest standards of food and service
