Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team and lead the kitchen on busy service. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef, stepping in as needed and ensuring dishes meet our high standards.

You’ll help manage the kitchen, run the line during service, and mentor the team to develop skills while keeping quality and efficiency at the forefront. A strong passion for food and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef.
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Run the line during service and keep orders flowing.

Responsibilities

• Be in the action in the kitchen, second to Head Chef, and cover when needed.
• Oversee and develop the kitchen team and maintain high standards of food and service.
• Ensure consistent quality and smooth service throughout shifts.
