Marston’s PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in our pubs. You’ll be right in the action, second in command to the Head Chef, ensuring hot, quality food is presented to the pass each service.

You’ll bring branded experience, assist with kitchen management, run the line during service, and help develop the kitchen team while upholding the highest standards of food and service. A supportive career pathway and benefits await.

Qualifications

• Branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Experience assisting the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Ability to run the line during service.
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills.
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
