Job summary

Marston’s PLC is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team. You’ll lead by example to deliver hot, quality food that meets high standards, while supporting the Head Chef across all kitchen operations.

You’ll manage the line during service, supervise and develop the kitchen team, and bring branded kitchen experience to our busy pubs and restaurants. A friendly, energetic atmosphere awaits with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Branded kitchen experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef.
• Ability to assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Responsible for running the line during service.
• Oversee and develop the kitchen team and skills.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
