Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team. You’ll be right in the action, second in command to the Head Chef, ensuring hot, quality food is presented to the pass each service.

You’ll help manage the kitchen, run the line during service, develop the team, and maintain the highest standards of food and service. The role offers structured hours and opportunities to grow within a lively pub group.

Qualifications

• Branded experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef.
• Experience in leading or supporting a kitchen team.
• Awareness of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Run the line during service and ensure smooth operation.
• Assist Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management.
• Act as second in command and cover for Head Chef when needed.
• Develop and support the kitchen team’s skills and performance.
