Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team and lead by example in our kitchen. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping in when needed to keep service on track and dishes presented to the pass with pride.

We value branded kitchen experience and a background as a Commis Chef. You’ll oversee the line, help develop the team, and uphold the highest standards of food and service in a busy pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in branded or pub kitchen environments.
• Experience as a Commis Chef or similar role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be in the action as second in command to the Head Chef and cover shifts.
• Run the line during service and assist with kitchen management.
• Oversee and organise the kitchen team, developing staff skills.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and service.
