You will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, train junior chefs, ensure food safety, monitor inventory and costs, and support the Head Chef in achieving high guest satisfaction in a branded environment.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring all stations are properly organised and prepared for service.
• Supervising and training junior chefs, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Ensuring food safety standards are always adhered to, including proper storage, handling, and cooking techniques.
• Monitoring inventory levels and managing food costs to meet financial targets.
• Supporting the Head Chef in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and responding to guest feedback
