Loungers is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for the Velo Lounge kitchen. You’ll lead shifts, support the Head Chef, and ensure every dish meets high standards. Join a growing hospitality group with clear progression paths and a generous benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence, ensuring smooth service from prep to final plate.
• Support Head Chef and step in during absences to maintain consistent results.
• Uphold standards for food quality, pace, cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
• Manage prep, stock, waste, orders and shift handovers; coach junior staff.
