Loungers is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for Vicolo Lounge, a busy café bar within the Loungers family. You will lead kitchen shifts, support the Head Chef, and drive high standards across the kitchen.

The role includes a 48-hour contract (40-hour option), achievable bonus, overtime pay, and progression opportunities. You’ll work with a friendly team, enjoy staff perks from day one, and help deliver great dishes across all service periods.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a chef in a busy kitchen or hospitality environment.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team and support the Head Chef.
• Strong focus on food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence from prep to final plate.
• Support Head Chef and step in during absence to maintain service quality.
• Set high standards on the pass and oversee hygiene, stock, and waste control.
• Coach and develop junior chefs and pass on best practices.
