Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is assisting a busy country pub near Corby, Northamptonshire, in finding a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef. You will prepare lunch and dinner using fresh produce, deputise when required, and help develop junior team members in a small kitchen.

The role suits an experienced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef who can work independently in a traditional pub kitchen with a busy Sunday trade. Benefits include tips share, parking, meals and uniform, plus 28 days holiday.
