Chef Results Limited is recruiting a Sous Chef for a popular country pub with a busy dining operation. You will work alongside the Chef Patron with a view to taking control of the kitchen in the future, contributing to seasonal menus and the specials board.

The role suits a hands-on candidate with strong cooking skills, leadership ability, and the creativity to design new dishes. You will join a small team of up to 3 chefs, with uniform provided and meals on duty.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef in fresh food pub/restaurant.
• Ability to design new dishes and lead service.
• Comfortable working in a small team of up to 3 chefs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chef Patron and develop seasonal menus.
• Manage kitchen sections and run service during shifts.
• Contribute to menu planning and specials board.
