Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a skilled Sous Chef for a busy local dining pub & restaurant in the UK. You will work with fresh seasonal produce to produce a Modern British Pub Menu with Classic dishes and daily specials for large numbers of guests.

The role involves assisting the Head Chef, managing the kitchen in their absence, and supervising junior chefs. Transport is required as accommodation is not provided; the location is commutable from nearby towns.

Qualifications
