St Austell Brewery is seeking a versatile Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen team, ensuring every dish meets exact specifications and our standards for quality and consistency.

You’ll use flexible menu-writing processes to adapt our offer to guest needs and business demands while maintaining cleanliness, safety and efficiency even at peak times. Training and development opportunities are available within our vibrant hospitality group.
