Job summary

St Austell Brewery is seeking a versatile Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen, working with locally sourced produce to deliver high-quality dishes. You will support the Head Chef and help shape our menu while ensuring consistent standards and efficient kitchen operations.

In a role that values organisation and teamwork, you’ll contribute to a positive kitchen culture, participate in training, and benefit from our staff discounts, pension plan, and development opportunities.

As Sous Chef, you will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team while ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
