St Austell Brewery is seeking a versatile Sous Chef to join a fast-paced kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef, lead a talented kitchen team, and ensure each dish is prepared to exact specifications using flexible menu writing processes.

Locally sourced produce and high standards are central to the role, with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining hygiene, overseeing stock systems, and contributing to ongoing training and development across

Competenze

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team under pressure and ensure procedures are followed.
• Adapt menus and specifications through menu writing processes to meet business needs.
