St Austell Brewery is seeking a versatile Sous Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen team in the South West. You will support the Head Chef, lead a talented kitchen staff, and ensure every dish meets our exacting standards while adapting menus to business and guest needs.

Locally sourced produce, strong teamwork, and a commitment to safety underpin the role as you help keep our kitchen running smoothly during peak service times.

Are you a versatile Sous Chef with experience of working in a fast‑paced environment? As Sous Chef, you will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team while ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
