Job summary

Prezzo Ltd in Crawley is seeking a high-energy Sous Chef to partner with the Head Chef, drive elite standards, and keep service buzzing.

You will lead a fast-paced kitchen, manage stock and waste, ensure food safety, and coach the next generation of chefs to deliver Italian hospitality magic.

You are the heartbeat of the kitchen operations. You'll partner with the Head Chef to set the pace, maintain elite standards, and keep the energy high. From mastering HACCP paperwork to coaching the next generation of chefs, you'll ensure every plate is sent with pride and precision.

• Proven Leadership: Solid experience in a similar Sous Chef role within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Operational Edge: You know your way around stock control, waste reduction, and food safety compliance.
• High Energy: A "can-do" attitude that motivates the team when the tickets are flying.
• Passion & Personality: A love for great Italian food and a commitment to a fun, respectful team culture. Up to 14.94 per hour (Depending on location) + Tronc & Perks.
