Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Sous Chef to join a busy, Italian kitchen. You’ll partner with the Head Chef to set the pace, uphold elite standards, and keep the service buzzing with energy.

You’ll coach the team, master HACCP paperwork, manage stock and waste, and ensure every dish is sent with pride and precision. Ready to lead with heart and bring hospitality magic to every service?

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience in a sous chef role.
• Strong HACCP knowledge and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations in partnership with the Head Chef to set pace and standards.
• Coach and develop junior chefs and trainees, maintaining a positive, energetic team culture.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and accurate stock control, minimizing waste and ensuring quality.
