Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in Stratford-upon-Avon is recruiting a Sous Chef for Encore, part of Premium Country Pubs. You will lead a section, train your team, and step up in the Head Chef's absence, helping to deliver great food and guest smiles.

You’ll work with a branded menu, manage food ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards across the kitchen. The app process is quick, and no CV is required.

• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
