Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen at the White Lion. You will oversee a section, train staff, and step up in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring the branded menu is executed with pride.

You’ll join Vintage Inns, renowned for its cosy pubs and welcoming teams. The role includes development opportunities, pension, 28 days holiday, and staff discounts across the brands.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
