Inn on the Lake, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food and coaching teams. You’ll run a section, lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
