A leading hospitality company is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join their team at a charming rural pub. You will lead a section in the kitchen, ensuring a high standard of food and team collaboration. The role includes supporting the Head Chef with orders, stock control, and training staff. Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment as a Sous Chef or similar role.
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate kitchen operations.
