Job summary

Fuller’s Hampshire Hog in Waterlooville is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and uphold our high standards of service.

You will prepare fresh, seasonal dishes for a diverse guest list, lead a kitchen team, and help deliver award-winning hospitality across our pub and 20 guest rooms. A hygiene qualification and solid food knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
