Job summary

Fuller’s Queen’s Head is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring consistent quality and timely service. You will craft dishes from seasonal, local ingredients and inspire the team to deliver on every service.

We value creativity, pride in your craft, and strong hygiene and food safety knowledge. The role includes induction, training, and access to various Fuller’s benefits and flexible earnings options.

• Hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Take full control of the kitchen when the Head Chef is away.
• Prepare fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
