Job summary

The Lock Stock & Barrel, part of Fuller’s, is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen in their absence. You will work with fresh, seasonal ingredients, craft dishes with creativity, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high standards in a busy riverside pub.

• Deputy to Head Chef with ability to lead kitchen in absence.

• Maintain hygiene and food safety awareness as essential requirements.
