Job summary

The White Buck, part of Fuller’s, is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen in their absence. You will craft fresh dishes using seasonal, local ingredients and guide the kitchen team with creative ideas.

Qualifications

• Hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are essential.
• Experience with seasonal, local ingredients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
• Prepare fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
• Bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.
• Bring the best out of the kitchen team.
• Take pride in every successful service.
