The White Buck is a manor house hotel in the New Forest countryside, offering 20 boutique bedrooms and a relaxed yet professional service style. We are seeking a Sous Chef to deputise for the Head Chef and lead the kitchen when they are away, crafting fresh, seasonal dishes and motivating the team.
