Job summary

Fuller’s Fox & Hounds in Lyndhurst, New Forest, is seeking a creative Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership team. You will support the Head Chef, lead service, and oversee fresh, seasonal cooking with local ingredients.

You’ll bring pride to the kitchen, drive team performance and uphold food safety standards as part of a welcoming, values-driven business with great staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Hygiene qualification is essential for this role.
• Excellent food knowledge and strict food safety awareness.
• Ability to prepare fresh, seasonal dishes with local ingredients.
