Job summary

Fuller’s Rising Sun, Bashley in the New Forest area is looking for a proactive Sous Chef to stand in for the Head Chef and manage kitchen operations when they are away. You will craft dishes using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and lead a team to deliver high-quality, consistent service in a bustling pub kitchen.
