Fuller’s White Buck in the New Forest is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering high‑quality, seasonal dishes. You will help manage the kitchen, ensuring consistency and freshness across all menus.

The role offers a collaborative environment in a boutique hotel setting with a focus on hospitality and exceptional guest experience. You will take pride in creating dishes, mentoring the kitchen team, and maintaining rigorous food hygiene.
