Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc's Bulls Head is seeking a passionate Sous Chef who loves great food, developing people and making guests smile. You will run a section, lead your team as one, and step up in the Head Chef's absence.

You'll train and inspire the team, assist with food ordering, prep and stock control, ensure health and hygiene standards, and work with a branded menu. We offer flexible shifts, generous staff discounts, potential for progression, and support for qualifications.

As a Sous Chef atthe Bulls Head, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
