Job summary

The Old Bulls Head is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train the team, and step in for the Head Chef when required. You’ll drive performance, ensure consistent quality, and work within Premium Country Pubs’ branded menu expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen section and supervising a team.
• Ability to train and motivate staff to deliver quality dishes.
• Comfort with working to a branded menu and high hygiene standards.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As a Sous Chef at the Old Bulls Head, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
