Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers' Fox is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen, train and mentor the team, and ensure food prepared to premium standards across our branded menu. You will step up in the Head Chef's absence and drive section performance in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

As a Sous Chef atthe Fox , you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
